Are you an engaged, dynamic and experienced STAR who will Billogram to the next level in a more global context. You will join the Management team and we think that you have a background in a fast growing international organization. In this role you will lead and develop the Billograms Global People & Culture organization on their journey to the next level. Billogram will grow fast, from 90 to 200 people within one year and open up in Norway, Finland, Ireland, France, Spain and Italy.
Responsibilities:
- Direct Manager for a team of five persons, the team will grow and you will take the lead of the formation
- The scope of the role includes to take lead of the international journey to the Germany and Sweden and soon Norway, Finland, Ireland, France, Spain and Italy
- Partner and coach with managers and provide strategic, tactical and operational HR expertise and support
- Lead and drive the Performance & Talent Management process.
- Prioritize, formulate and implement a People Strategy and roadmap that meets business needs
- Identify Learning & Development (L&D) needs, collaborate on design of such initiatives with L&D function and then implement and follow up with dedicated teams
- Proactively identify, discuss and design organizational changes as the company and team grows and support with such implementations including change management, labour law compliance and communications
- Bring new ideas to explore
Role Requirements:
- 7+ years of successful, proven experience in an international CHRO or similar role
- Superskilled within Labor law, Learning & Development, Performance & Talent, Leadership as well as Attraction & Recruitment
- Experienced and interested in digital ways of working, BI
- Business oriented
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- University Degree
